By downloading or using Faixer ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

Faixer is a DJ mixing and audio effects application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for any content you import into the App.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of all audio files you import into Faixer. The App processes your audio locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or access your music files on any server.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any music or audio you import and export using the App.

3. In-App Purchases

Faixer offers optional in-app purchases including Faixer Pro and effect packs. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

4. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, visualizers, code, and branding, is the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or audio files.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
